Students who have already taken the current term from Sep 1 has a priority to register for a class first.

Students may choose to register for a recurring weekly training (1 registration for the whole period) or just a single class in any particular day (1 registration for each class). However, due to the limitation on the no. of students in each group, "weekly training" will enjoy a priority to reserve spot.

Oct to Dec is a new term where only weekly basis is available. A separate registration platform will be provided.

No refund or credit carried toward a future term is allowed. In case of an student's absence for any reason, the respective class fee is deemed to be used as if he/she presents in the class.

Class Cancellation:
-
due to bad weather (e.g. T8, T10 and Black Rain Warning), social events, public health issue or other force majeure, no refund or makeup class will be provided, but ISA at its discretion may keep running the affected classes by using ZOOM Cloud Meeting. A further and advance notice will be provided when it happens.

due to ISA's own reason, makeup class may be offered. If makeup class is not possible, we will provide a conditional credit to the affected students when they enroll into the (whole) following term.

About credits caused by previous class cancellation due to Covid-19 or social events :
For every new class a student takes in a week during this period, he/she may take another class in the same week to offset an unused credit caused by a class cancellation in 2020.
e.g. register 2 classes in a week; pay new fee for 1 class and the other class can be offset by a makeup credit.

Enrollment: Please register for a class held in the first week (May 18 - May 24) and the system will automatically enroll the student into the full term (i.e. 4 classes)
Terms and Conditions

Siblings in different age groups may be allowed to take the same class with an approval by a Master. Please make a request before you book.

By 24 hours prior to each class, if there is only 1 student enrolled, we will notify him/her of the insufficient registration and he/she may:

change to another class,
-
cancel the whole booking without charge,
-
pay an extra credit to keep the class going until a new student joins the class.

The spots in each small class are scarce. If a student enrolls after some class date(s) has passed, full term fee ($1100) will still be charged and the student can makeup the class(es) that he missed by the end of this term.

Fee is not refundable or transferable after a booking is made.
-
In case of an absence (with an advance notice), a makeup class may be arranged in the same period if a suitable alternative class is available.
-
Though this system allows class cancellation, “no show” will still be marked as the spot has been taken and it prevents other interested student to book.
House rules to prevent spreads of COVID-19

Special option for students affected by class cancellation due to COVID-19 in the previous term:
Students who enroll into a weekly training this time (May 18 - Jun 14) may take up to 4 other lessons in the same period to makeup 4 classes canceled due to COVID-19.
To select this makeup class option, please just enroll into another suitable time slot in this period.
If a student only has less than 4 makeup credits, he/she may choose to makeup just enough classes to cover the remaining credits or to complete 4 weekly makeup classes by top-up payment.
A similar arrangement may continue to be offered in Summer Term this year to extend the flexibility for students to use their remaining credits caused by COVID-19.
Private Lesson
Private Training is still available upon request, but it is no longer an option to make up classes as there is already an alternative aforementioned.
Wu's Taekwondo Hong Kong & Grand Master Kenny Wu
Founded by Korean 9th Dan Grand Master Kenny Wu in 1998, Wu’s TKD HK is one of the forty plus member clubs of the Hong Kong Taekwondo Association (the ONLY local Taekwondo authority recognized by HKSAR). After efforts of about 2 decades, Wu’s TKD HK has become one of the major Taekwondo clubs in Hong Kong with approximately 100 branches and 2,000 members.
Ranks and certificates granted by Wu's are duly recognized by World Taekwondo, HK TKD Association as well as HKSAR. Outstanding students who meets certain criteria will be able to join the official HKSAR team and may further gain chances to represent HKSAR in international tournaments such as World TKD Championships and Olympic Games, etc.

- Due to the time constraint, we are unlikely able to keep the revision. The respective fee will be refunded.

To successfully register for the makeup test or in-class assessment, a candidate MUST:
1) Complete and submit the NEW online registration below by 10pm on OCT 20 (Fri);
2) Submit Wu’s TKD Handbook (White & White-yellow Belts not applicable) and all fees no later than the makeup test.
Remarks:
a) Please arrive on time; late candidates may miss their test.
b) Please wear full uniform and bring all TKD gears the Candidate owns (e.g. Arm/Shin/Chest Guards).
c) For those who are too young to go washroom by themselves, a guardian MUST stay during the whole test as our staff will not escort students to washroom.
d) Only 1 guest per candidate may stay during the program; others may visit in the last 15 min of the session to witness the new belt and award presentation.
e) The breaking challenge, if going to take place, will be held near the end of each test.

To successfully register, a candidate MUST:
1) Complete and submit the online registration below.
2) Submit Wu’s TKD Handbook (White & White-yellow Belts not applicable) and the fee to the examiner.
Remarks:
a) All fees are not refundable or transferable. Candidates who miss their test will have to pay again when they take another test in the future.
b) Please arrive on time; late candidates may miss their test.
c) Please wear full uniform and bring all TKD gears the Candidate owns (e.g. Arm/Shin/Chest Guards).
d) For those who are too young to go washroom by themselves, a guardian MUST stay during the whole test as our staff will not escort students.
e) A new belt may be presented at the end of the test or in a future class.
f) The test is held on behalf of Wu's Taekwondo Hong Kong Association; all qualifications awarded are duly recognized by HK TKD Association and World Taekwondo.

Small Group Class of Term II, 2020 (May 18 - Jun 14)

Please read the details and agree all terms below before you make a booking
No. of Students: Min. 2 per class / Max. 6 (+1 allowance) per class
Class Duration: 50min (to allow sanitizing and avoid too many visitors in the premise)
Price: 4 classes @ $1100
Enrollment: Please register for a class held in the first week (May 18 - May 24) and the system will automatically enroll the student into the full term (i.e. 4 classes)
Terms and Conditions

Siblings in different age groups may be allowed to take the same class with an approval by a Master. Please make a request before you book.

By 24 hours prior to each class, if there is only 1 student enrolled, we will notify him/her of the insufficient registration and he/she may:
-
change to another class,
-
cancel the whole booking without charge,
-
pay an extra credit to keep the class going until a new student joins the class.

The spots in each small class are scarce. If a student enrolls after some class date(s) has passed, full term fee ($1100) will still be charged and the student can makeup the class(es) that he missed by the end of this term.

Fee is not refundable or transferable after a booking is made.

In case of an absence (with an advance notice), a makeup class may be arranged in the same period if a suitable alternative class is available.

Though this system allows class cancellation, “no show” will still be marked as the spot has been taken and it prevents other interested student to book.
House rules to prevent spreads of COVID-19

Everyone must wear a medical mask the whole time inside our premise.

Only one guest per student is allowed to stay inside our premise in a partitioned area

Every visitor will be measured temperature by a thermometer

Anyone who refuses to wear a mask or shows a syndrome of flu/COVID-19 will not be allowed to enter or stay inside our premise
Special option for students affected by class cancellation due to COVID-19 in the previous term:
Students who enroll into a weekly training this time (May 18 - Jun 14) may take up to 4 other lessons in the same period to makeup 4 classes canceled due to COVID-19.
To select this makeup class option, please just enroll into another suitable time slot in this period.
If a student only has less than 4 makeup credits, he/she may choose to makeup just enough classes to cover the remaining credits or to complete 4 weekly makeup classes by top-up payment.
A similar arrangement may continue to be offered in Summer Term this year to extend the flexibility for students to use their remaining credits caused by COVID-19.
Private Lesson
Private Training is still available upon request, but it is no longer an option to make up classes as there is already an alternative aforementioned.
TKD Promotion Test

[Class Arrangment]
For those who are taking 7-8pm, they will still have their regular training in the same hour, then stay for the test until 9pm (i.e. they have to stay for the whole 2 hours, but they are allowed to leave as soon as their part is done if they don't mind to miss the new belt presentation at the end of the test)
For those who are normally taking 8-9pm, they may practice from 7 to 8pm instead on 17th, then do the test from 8 to 9pm.
